Strawberry Pie

I had the opportunity to bust out the pie maker today--finally.  With our new big family--we're seven now, plus the fiance--I had to make two batches of these, but we had a giant bucket of strawberries that were on their way out so it was perfect.

I used  about 18 strawberries, which is all we had.  Next time, I'll make sure I have more.  The last three had to have a marshmellow filler because I didn't have enough strawberries left.  The marshmellow filler was also delicious, though.  So no harm done.

I made the filler with the strawberries, a couple tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon or two of flour to thicken, some lemon juice and lemon zest.
